    <summary type="html">&lt;div&gt;Hi!  I am bringing my starbase Jeff set to New Years but I forgot what all the little shapes on the sides of the cards do.  Can someone help me out??!  My rules are gone.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;If I remember correctly, these are the powers
&lt;br/&gt;1) +1 for capping
&lt;br/&gt;2) pay to pass = cost of card
&lt;br/&gt;3) tie-breaker
&lt;br/&gt;4) you can play 2 cards instead of one
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;But I don't remember which shape is which!&lt;/div&gt;

Only requirement is that you be a little patient, as I'm still working out what works, what doesn't, and what ultimately will make a fun game. Any takers?&lt;/div&gt;

    <summary type="html">&lt;div&gt;I've been a game player for far too long, but when I found my first Cheapass game I was amazed.  
&lt;br/&gt;For $5 I can laugh my ass off with all of my friends and burn a few hours?....really?  It was just too good to be true.  This is a company that I hope lasts forever.&lt;/div&gt;
